Dr. Nishkarsh Gupta is a Professor of Onco-Anesthesiology and Palliative Medicine at AIIMS, New Delhi, with extensive experience in academic and clinical medicine. Trained in anesthesiology and palliative care, he has contributed to pioneering specialized programs, including one of the first DM courses in Onco-Anesthesiology globally.
He is a prolific researcher with over 300 publications and numerous book chapters, and has been an invited faculty member at national and international conferences for over 15 years. He has received several prestigious awards, including Best Researcher and Best Reviewer honors from the Indian Society of Anesthesiologists.
Beyond research, Dr. Gupta plays an active role in medical education, clinical training, and curriculum development. He has conducted multiple national and international workshops, particularly in airway management and life support training, and his contributions continue to advance both anesthesiology and palliative care practices in India.
Dr. Anju Gupta is an accomplished anesthesiologist and academician, currently serving as an Associate Professor in Anesthesiology, Critical Care, and Pain Medicine at AIIMS, New Delhi. With extensive qualifications including MBBS, MD, DNB, and multiple fellowships, she has established herself as a leading expert in her field.
She has made significant academic contributions with over 200 publications in indexed journals and more than 40 book chapters. Her editorial roles include major international texts and reputed journals, reflecting her influence in advancing anesthesiology education and research globally.
Dr. Gupta has also held key leadership positions in national and international organizations, and her work has been recognized with numerous prestigious awards. Notably, she was acknowledged by the World Federation of Societies of Anaesthesiologists as a top woman innovator and leader in anesthesia in 2023, highlighting her impact on the global medical community.
Dr. Ann Miriam is an experienced anaesthesiologist with an MBBS from Madurai Medical College and an MD in Anaesthesia from CMC Vellore, along with a Diploma in International Medicine and Public Health. She has built a strong clinical and academic career and is registered with the Tamil Nadu Medical Council.
She served as a Consultant Anaesthesiologist at Makunda Christian Leprosy and General Hospital, Assam, for nearly three decades, gaining extensive experience in rural and resource-limited healthcare settings. She is currently associated with CMC Vellore, contributing to training programs, mentoring young professionals, and supporting academic initiatives.
Dr. Miriam has actively contributed to research and has presented at national and international conferences, with several publications in reputed journals. She has been involved in advancing anaesthesia patient safety and capacity-building programs, particularly in underserved regions. Her work reflects a deep commitment to improving perioperative care and strengthening healthcare systems in low-resource environments.
