Other Details
- On all online payments, bank gateway charges will be applicable at 3% of the total amount.
- Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, 2 conference lunches, 1 conference dinner and delegate kit.
- Separate registration for the banquet dinner.
- The organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date/venue due to unforeseen reasons.
- For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card/UPI. The disbursal of the delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability.
- GST of 18% will be applicable on the above-mentioned total amount.
- A valid VISA is required to enter India for the conference. The most preferable VISA to enter India for the conference is a Business Visa.
- To apply for the business visa, you will need an invitation letter on the conference letterhead. You can reach out to us at communication@aoragarc2026.com.
- The Business Visa can be applied for at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html.
- Important Note: For people from Afghanistan, China, Pakistan, Iraq, Sudan, foreigners of Pakistani origin, and Stateless persons, the VISA is subject to approval; T & C apply
Payment Mode
- An online payment facility is available. The same can be accessed by online registration.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 75% refund, if cancelled before 31st Dec 2025.
- 50% refund, if cancelled before 30th Apr 2026.
- No refund if cancelled after 01st May 2026.
- Payment shall be refunded after 1 month of the conference; the refund of payment will be processed online.
