Rules and Regulations for Painting Competition for Anaesthesiologists
  • Eligibility:
    1. The competition is open to all anaesthesiologists across the Nations.
  • Categories:
    1. All the following four categories are included in the competition: 1. Landscapes 2. Floral 3. Animal-Bird 4. Portrait
    2. Painting medium can be- Acrylic /Oil/ Watercolour/ Pen / Pencil.
  • Submission Guidelines:
      1. Participants can submit one painting per category (Total 4 paintings per participant).
      2. Size of the art work should be minimum A4 to maximum 3×3 feet.
      3. Image of the art work should be submitted in digital format in high/good resolution (up to 5 mb) and JPEG format only on given mail id below.
      4. Participant should clearly mention their Name, City-Country, Contact no, Title of the Art Work and specific categories while submitting the entry.
      5. Artwork must be original and created by the participant.
      6. Entries should be sent only in one single mail at once by attaching all the entries together (even if applying for more than one category)
      7. Please do not send repeated mails.
      8. Send your painting on – garcartcompetition@gmail.com
      9. Submission deadline will be 16th May 2026.
  • Judging and Selection:
    1. There will be a panel of 3 judges.
    2. Art work will be blindfolded before being sent for judging.
    3. Judging criteria will be transparent, fair and will evaluate on the basis of creativity, artistic skills, technique, visual impact and emotional expressions of the art work.
    4. Decision of judges will be final and binding on participants.
  • Winners and Prizes :
    1. Winners of each category will be announced on the AORA – GARC 2026 platform and notified individually via E-mail or phone call.
    2. Prizes will be decided by the organisers.
    3. First, Second and Third prize for each category.
  • Exhibition and Recognition :
    1. Winners will be asked to handover their selected painting one day prior to conference for physical display at Art Gallery at ‘Le Meridien’. It will be returned back at the end of the conference.
    2. All participants, especially winners, will be recognised and acknowledged through Memento and Certificates.
    3. Organising team will not be responsible for any damage of the art work.
  • Digital Display – Virtual Art Gallery (Open for National / International Participants):
    1. Paintings having high/good resolution (up to 5 mb) and JPEG format will be considered for digital display at Le Meridian (Venue) on 16th to 19th July 2026
